Vintage Western denim, dragged through the dark side.

This vintage tie dye denim shirt started life as a fitted 90s Western shirt before being individually reworked by Agoraphobix into a one-of-a-kind alternative statement piece.

Original Western stitching, snap buttons and a fitted denim silhouette give it that classic vintage shape, while the hand-worked dark tie-dye finish transforms the original blue denim into something moodier, weathered and considerably less well behaved.

Part upcycled denim shirt, part grunge relic, part rock 'n' roll uniform.

Wear it buttoned up, throw it open over a battered band tee or layer it into a festival outfit.

Vintage denim shouldn't look too well behaved anyway.

For a 90s grunge outfit, wear your tie dye denim shirt open over a vintage band tee with ripped black jeans and battered combat boots.

Take it more punk with distressed tights, a black mini, silver hardware and chunky platforms.

For a Western goth look, button it up with black denim, pointed boots, a heavy belt and plenty of silver jewellery.

Because the process works with the original fabric, fading and character already present in the denim, the finished piece can't be perfectly duplicated.

This is a fitted vintage cut rather than an oversized denim shirt.

Model is 5'9" / 175 cm, normally wears size S and is wearing the actual size S shirt shown in the photographs.
